Ideal location only a 10 minute walk to the tube station. Hotel has some lovely features due to its age. Carpet in room needed to be re stretched. Bath though clean had a lot of lime scale.

Hotel is very central, 2 mins walk from Lancaster Gate station & 10 min from Picadilly Station. Hyde Park is across the street. Beds very comfortable, tea/coffee facility in room, staff friendly Nothing

Lovely old building. Fabulous location near Hyde Park. Tube station nearby and buses outside property. Would like to have a fridge and iron in the rooms.

Convenient location on the edge of Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, and a short walk from Lancaster Gate tube station. The room was clean, if a little dated. The room was oppressively hot, even after the heat wave had tailed off. It direly needed some form of air-conditioning or something to improve air flow. Despite being a large hotel, it has only a single (very small) guest elevator, meaning it can be a very long walk down winding corridors from the elevator to your room.

The lovely lady on reception made the check in seamless and when checking out within the same hour as weren’t happy she made sure everything was okay and was just overall a lovely person It was horrendous inside, not clean, it was so old fashioned- The room itself felt dirty they crammed three beds into one room, the whole hotel had a haunted vibe, there was also no parking as promised would NOT recommend also told us no refund even though we spent a total of three minutes in the room before leaving

Very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Very nice and helpful staff. The room heated up quite quickly and was difficult to keep cool once sun shined directly onto it.

The location was perfect. 10 mins walk from Paddington, Hyde Park across the road. Underground station 5 mins. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. This hotel needs major investment. It's old, but not in a nice or quaint way. I'm guessing it was last renovated in the 70's or 80's. Interior is horrible, exterior is shabby.

Good selection to choose from. We were satisfied with our choice. Can't think of anything we did not like.

The hotel was in a great location, with Hyde Park just across the road. The hotel itself was charming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They took their time with every guest and never seemed rushed or stressed, unlike at many other hotels we have stayed at in London. Our room was ready before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotell. Our visit was during a heatwave and the hotell doesn't have AC so it was quite hot in the room during the day, we had to open the widows and have a fan on all night to be able to sleep at night. it didn't bother us much and it was great that they had a fan, with out it would have been much worse, just something to think about if visiting during the summer.

The location was perfect near Maida Vale station Great pub nearby for food - The Swan Staff pleasant & helpful Nice bar/breakfast room /lounge Towels provided Tea/coffee biscuits & kettle in room The room & bathroom were dated with the creakiest floor boards ! but very clean - No air con so it was extremely hot although there was a desk fan and the window opened but this was noisy and made it hard to sleep.
