Very close to KingX train station and communication with the owner was clear and supportive far before our arrival as late check-in. Our room was at third floor which it's hot in August but we were able to sleep with no big issues. Really appreciate there was not the carpet! So floor was fully clean and there was not sound pollution neither from outside neither from the other rooms of the floor which are really close. Steep stairs to pay attention and hot room but the owner toke care of those malus at his best so for us was not a issue at all.

Very convenient for St Pancras/ King's Cross Stations. Good value for location. All facilities in the room. Very small room, sink tiny, difficult to wash and shave.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and definitely suitable for 2 people on a short stay. There was a fan provided which was necessary given the temperatures outside. The security was very good with access via an electronic key-fob which reduced the potential of non-guests accessing the hotel, especially during the times when reception was not manned. The location of the hotel in relation to Kings Cross is excellent and literally 3 minutes walk. The pillows were too hard for my liking. No air conditioning and having to leave the window open meant lots of road noise at times (to be expected in London).

Location is obviously great as we were arrived in St. Pancreas and were only staying one night. The staff was also very friendly I think there are other rooms in the hotel that are nicer, but our family of 4 was in a basement room with peeling wall paper and a musty smell.
