Had a great stay here! Great price/quality especially as they have a well functioning AC. Window/terrace access lock was broken so couldn’t close/lock properly. Felt a bit sketchy for London.

Nice neighbourhood. The receptionist was ok as well as other guests (there was no noise overnight), we did not even know about other people in the building. The premises were neat and clean. The room and the bed were quite tiny; the window did not close properly (though we did not mind considering the heat outside).

cancelled my room without notice leaving me and my family without any accomadation, did not reply to either emails or phone calls which were sent on numerous occasions over a period of days rude staff that dont reply to emails or phone calls, cancelling rooms without notice then having no communications while a family have no accomadation

The location is very good, rooms are spacious, AC super good. The hotel is in a quiet, beautiful street, within a short walk you go to a street with supermarket, nice pubs, restaurants, fast food, coffee, souvenirs shops..and at the end of that street is Hyde park.

Location Staircase dangerous for small children… gaps tween steps and rail. No on site staff for problems. Inadequate fire escape… straight down main staircase into potential fire! Unresponsive to complaints.

Great location - close to tube station and local amenities. Staff were really friendly. It was super easy to come and go. Felt really safe for me and my daughter’s stay. Amazing air con in the room and room was super clean and comfortable. Very little negatives to say about this hotel - shower pressure wasn’t amazing, which is the only slight negative, but also not unusual in London hotels!

The room was pretty basic but had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and it was surprisingly quiet, considering the location. The room has air con and you can open the window wide, which I always appreciate. We had a garden view, which was lovely. Level of cleanliness was fine. If you want luxury you won't enjoy your stay, but you get what you should expect for the price - a solid 3 star experience. I'd stay again for functional reasons (e.g., work) but not as a treat. There was no one at reception when we arrived and no way of signalling our arrival, so we had to wait a little while before we could check in. Recommend having a bell or something. There's no lift. Fine for me on the 1st floor with 1 suitcase, but if you have lots of luggage and are on a higher floor, could be an issue.

It was a lovely, clean, modern hotel. Absolutely brilliant location, Bayswater tube station is 5 minutes down the road with lots of shops around. The staff were lovely and helpful and for the price I would absolutely stay again!
