Location was good . Had some issues that staff had to address. If having a party below guest rooms maybe have music lower. Tell staff to not take room key when cleaning the room. Came back and noticed my room key was taken from light slot. They were sorry and spoke to cleaning staff. This was something I never experienced before and as a solo traveler was upset about.

The staff and cleaniness I think the room service is extortionate, paid £12.88 for a small portion of fries for one room and £27 for a club sandwich and fries for another room. The add ons of service trays of £5.00 per order is not great. Too many add on costs, as also had to pay a further percentage charge on both rooms booked when leaving, even though I paid upfront for the rooms in full. So my leaving bill was nearly £70.00.

The hotel was located in a nice quiet area, comfortably and friendly staff. We were there during a heat wave, the AC was not working to good. The final invoice was incorrect with a room charge for breakfast, however the staff took it off the bill immediately.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I would like to share our experience at the hotel and submit a formal complaint regarding the accommodation conditions we experienced. First, I would like to point out that the hotel’s location is excellent — it is very central and close to the city centre, which is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s main advantages. However, from the moment we arrived at the hotel, we encountered a significant problem. We were given two extremely small rooms, almost the size of a box, which did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this standard. One of the rooms had a very strong and unpleasant smell of mould, and both rooms were extremely dusty. Every time we touched a surface or moved something, dust would spread throughout the room. The bathrooms were also extremely small, to the point that it was barely possible to enter and shower comfortably. After raising the issue with the hotel and packing up all our belongings, we were moved to two other rooms. These rooms were somewhat more pleasant, but they presented another very significant problem: their location was directly next to bars and nightlife venues. Throughout the night, we could hear constant music, parties, shouting, and especially loud bangs and heavy noise, making it impossible to sleep properly. In fact, even after being moved to the new rooms, the problem was not resolved — it was simply replaced by another problem. Ultimately, instead of enjoying a holiday and receiving the standard of accommodation we expected from a hotel advertised on Booking.com, we found ourselves dealing with extremely small and uncomfortable rooms, a strong smell of mould, excessive dust, tiny bathrooms, and unbearable noise throughout the night. I ask Booking.com to take this complaint seriously and to examine the significant gap between the expectations presented at the time of booking and the conditions we actually experienced.
