Everything was very nice and clean. The staff were also incredibly nice and always ready to help. The hotel is very well located with bus stops and the tube nearby. As a woman travelling solo I felt safe and comfortable staying here so I highly recommend it.

Small and friendly in excellent location close to Bayswater tube and Hyde park By no means a criticism as was delicious but breakfast could have been hotter but certainly did not distract at all from the taste and a very good selection
