Hot shower and good airco They tried to trick me in accepting a room without airco. They will just bump into your room unnoticed. Nobody told me I paid for breakfast and explained where i could find everything

I wasn’t able to stay because there was no working air conditioning. Same as above and the reception sent my refund to the wrong credit card of someone else.

Best location, within walking distance of point-of-interests and food locations The toilet was blocked from the day we arrived, we had to call for assistance to unclog. The service guy unlocked and came into our room without knocking, which was a bit awkward. On top of it all, the hotel charged me twice for the stay, and I only happen to notice because I looked at my credit card statement. I waited a few days for a refund.

Great location - great staff Broken air con in the room - it was boiling and impossible to sleep - staff did their best and a small discount was given 20% but really should have been a lot more.

Location Air conditioning not working so told there was a air con unit in room, only to find it was just blowing hot air as there was no ice in it. Was told some ice would be put in it whilst we were at the theatre but it never was.

location The air condition was out of use, the hotel had put cooling fan units in the rooms, however this was not sufficient to pass the room as a deluxe room at premium rates when clearly the main facility was broken

Hotel was great location perfect I booked this hotel as got aircon got told air on wasn’t working but got told they had mobile one in room when come back there was a fan in room it didn’t work rang them up they bought another fan no good it was like a sauna but the night manager was very good and fully refunded us but I would have rather had a cool room and good night sleep also booked a king double they gave me disabled room asked about it and said they had no more rooms

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very well prepared and plenty of choices. Great location. Near to all sites. Beds very comfortable and rooms spotless. Definitely will be returning.

Staff welcome, location, comfort & cleanliness all excellent. We had a lovely executive room but the bathroom was unfortunately very dull and dingy. The light levels were very poor.
