Very basic

Limpio, cómodo, buena ubicación.

The staff, particularly Yulia was kind, helpful, and took an interest in your activities and even recommended some. Room was large and had a balcony. The location of the hotel two blocks from La Gran Via and close to a market, cafes, and an assortment of restaurants, all within walking distance. The extreme heat made me wish my room was equipped with an air conditioner rather than fans.

The location was very convenient. Staff and mostly Yullia was fantastic. Not a place hugging clothes after washing and not slippers in the room

The Hostal is on the first floor of a residential building without elevator, but once you buzz in, the person from the reception desk came to help with the suitcase. The room is simple, but the bed was comfortable with ironed linen. The private bath was very clean and the water had high pressure. It has a window you can open and air the room! It even has an electric kettle and a small fridge! The location, in Chueca and very close to 3 Metro lines and plenty of nice restaurants was great!

No Breakfast facilities, but there are plenty of restaurants across the road

For the price i paid, i got what it supposed to exist in a room. A big bonus for the heater, because in other fancy places i couldnt find one.

Giulia is an amazing girl in reception. Great location, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, very quiet and safety. The room is nice, warm, clean. I will definitely recommend.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Gran Via and not too far from Plaza Mayor. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The wall is not soundproof, so I can hear people talking pretty clearly from outside.

The room window was straight out to the road at street level, and the room was the first one as you enter so you would hear all guests moving through - more a room issue than hotel though as once inside the room it was nice enough.

It was a bit noisy.
