Muy mal servicio el personal incluyendo el manager muy mal aparte dice Que el desayuno es incluido y cuando vas te dicen que no y el costo es de $ 21 por persona parqueo te lo cobran también el hotel solo es la presentacion de afuera ya los cuartos muy mal las sábanas sucias y no te dan servicio de limpiesa lo pides y siempre te dan una excusa para nunca llegar a limpiar

The hotel was nice and clean beds where comfortable. They had a bar and restaurant, the only thing is breakfast is not included.

Room has unpleasant smell. Crumbs on floor.

Location was good. We did not get the room we booked. We were given a king suite when we had asked for a queen suite, with 2 queen beds. The room only had towels and linen for 2 people when it was booked for 4.

The rooms were clean as well as the restroom. Check in did take awhile due to low staff. The pool was not in service which was a bummer since it was the reason we stayed at this location. Breakfast was $20 for each adult and it was worth the price!

I like that the pool was clean I liked the food was fresh . I didn’t know I had to pay for parking also I didn’t know I had to pay for breakfast when most hotels offer free breakfast .our room didn’t have a black piece to use the key card we where locked out of our room . The jacuzzi bubbles weren’t working. The bathroom for the pool was locked I had to call from the pool to have someone open it for us my son needed the bathroom.

I am very disappointed on them first cleaning people were rushing me to get out when it was 11:30 am and you supposed to leave at 12pm she even went inside the room without knocking and the guy name Sydney was giving a hard time with breakfast brochure I stay a couple time there and is never happened before. I am very disappointed with holiday inn 👎👎👎

You had to pay for parking lot daily $15/day. This is the first time in my life that I have to pay for it and I had worked as a full time floater and had to stay in hotels/motels at least 4 -5 days weekly.

Exceptional

The property was clean and the location was convenient. I checked in. I received two keys went to my room. The door would not open and go back downstairs to the lobby. There were somebody in front of me so I had to wait to get my key cards , I go back to my room and the restroom lights are burnt out. How was this missed when the room was cleaned? I was only staying for one night so I left the restroom door open to get lighting from the hallway. .

Every thing was great especially breakfast the room was clean and In order the was friendly.
