This hotel is my favorite so far the lady Andrea who checked us in was so helpful, she was so professional and helpful I’ve never had the customer service experience that she gave me she was definitely serious about her job she even called after we made it to our room to check in and see how things were. The Manager of the Kitchen Silvia spoke with me and was so friendly and helped me. Her teen was full of energetic helpful staff they even were clearing plates and saying happy Sunday it was very warm and inviting and made our breakfast experience truly a great time. Also the pool and Jacuzzi was very clean and refreshing. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was the best experience i have ever had. They allowed us to check in early. We cooked on our stay. Dishes, glasses, and utensils were provided. If i could rate it a 10, i would. We will be staying there again.

Room was run down, would never sit on the couch because it was so old and dirty looking.. rooms were not at all insulated so very loud.. didn’t get towels when left room to be cleaned
