Great hotel but the bar was never available

The room was just like pictured. Nice, spacious and clean. All the amenities that a family would need. Plus the breakfast was also great. I would stay here again whenever I’m in the area.

I liked the included breakfast. I always look for this when booking. I don't remember anything that I didn't like actually. But we were only there for an overnight stay so not long enough to notice anything else.

They didn't clean our room once when we were there( we checked in Thurs and check out Monday). The information packet said they did housekeeping every other day . The front desk attendant had no concept of a line. She tried to help customers behind me, at the same time as she was still helping me. She did this twice. I had to wait because the customer behind me had a big issue and it was not a quick fix. I also booked a room with a pull out bed however they couldn't provide me a blanket due to a big group coming in. If you offer suites with a pull out bed/trudle bed you should have sufficient amount of blanket on premises. My family was offered a sheet to sleep with. I end up having to wear Xtra clothes to bed so I wouldn't freeze to death. Breakfast offers typical hotel breakfast. Protein , eggs oatmeal, toast cereal etc

I stayed here for business travel and will be back soon.

Everything is nice and clean from outside to inside I love staying here I would stay again.

Booked a 2 queen and trundle room for 5 guests. Informed hotel we were driving all day from another state and would arrive around midnight. The room given was only 1 bed with a trundle. No bedding for the trundle. Only one towel in the bathroom. My husband went to the front desk to get bedding and they didn't have a full set. He was also only offered 1 key, which keeps the room lights turned on. He overheard the front desk tell another guest that the hotel was short on keys. We have never experienced this at any Springhill before, it is our go-to choice for our family travels.

I have mixed feelings about this place, not all the staff was helpful, there was no manager at the property after 5:00 pm there were no towels in the pool area, no housekeeping unless I ask for it… I didn’t know I had to, food at the restaurant was terrible unless was breakfast and with this I will start the good things about it, room was clean and in good condition, elevators worked, and the lobby was well maintained

Excellent breakfast with bacon, omelette, potatoes and salsa. Room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed one night during FIFA World Cup. Hotel room was clean modern and well equipped. Pool is basic and didn’t try food options. Location is average need a car to commute to everything. Met our needs, a decent hotel
