Perfect location! Some of the rooms have AC, which is a game changer in the warmer months.

location The bathrooms.There were no walls but glass,not ideal for privacy and the lughts will come on automatically if you use the bathroom,therefore the whole room will be lit for a while before it goes out.No manual control.Very inconvinient.

It was a good match for cost. The receptionist was a “5 star”. Made us feel welcome, acknowledged us every time she saw us as if we were reoccurring guests. The coffee was not good. The petit-dejeuner was overpriced for what was available.

Lovely staff. The property is very well situated close to everything. Easy to get to from the train station. We were upgraded to a family room which was fantastic with a really great view. Restaurant was a disappointment. The food was average and the service was slow. I think it was a bad day though, as it was very busy and was fully booked for a few days. Internet in the family room was a not great in some locations.

The location was perfection. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was top notch! It is Europe…so no air conditioning in summer makes it hard to get comfortable on a hot night. But, we knew that going into this!

It was good, well located, clean, with exceptional staff that are very polite, always smiling and very helpful! I didn’t like the fact that there is no safe in the room we were in and the need to provide the information of my credit card (number and ccv) for safe deposit! The hotel should invest in a machine that keep the card for the deposit without needing anybody read the secret numbers of the card.
