Workers are good Washroom comod moving so bad experience . Nothing there to warm up food . I asked stuff that i need to warm up my baby milk and they couldn't help. Shame .....

The location was great. Ease of access to various tourist attractions and restaurants. Room was spacious. Feel it could be modernized. Room layout was awkward with crowded areas and then empty space.

I like having plenty restaurant in vicinity plus having a microwave available Housekeeping was great gave plenty of towels when needed was a plus having a fallsview window in suite was wonderful pool area was great too Hallway smelled so fresh and clean great fragrance

Location is excellent for what we needed. The room was not cleaned properly. Nothing had been wiped down. There was a strong smell and vomit like substance on the bed skirting area. When we complained they gave us a room two doors down on the same floor and no other compensation.

The easy check-in, the great location, the amenities and coupons were great The room was not up to par. The floor was dirty in certain areas and we couldn't take a shower at the end of the night as the tub drain was malfunctioning
