Beautifully designed hotel with updated modern rooms. The air conditioning felt amazing in the hot summer heat wave. Staff were friendly and the location was great. Lack of elevator access

Awesome location , fantastic showers, very friendly and helpful man with blonde hair at the front desk. Less than personable woman with long brown hair at the front desk.

Quiet, great location and loved the sauna

The style of the room and the whole complex are very modern and stylish. There are even a hammam and a sauna that you can use (extra charge). One of the best backeries, the Boulangerie La Niçoise, is very close by, and it is a short walk to the promenade. Also, an amazing book shop just next to the building! Parking was a bit challenging. We decided to park in the shopping centre near by (25€/day).

The location is prime, only 1 minute away from the Place Massena, the heart of Nice. The hotel design is amazing, it feels brand new and they used materials of very high quality (walls, shower, doors, taps, etc). The bed was also very comfortable! The receptionist was friendly and helpful with the suitcases. For the price, I don't think you can find a better option in the center of Nice for such standing! 3rd floor without elevator can make things complicated in case you have multiple heavy suitcases (like me!). But as I said, the receptionist helped us so that was nice!

The rooms are several flights upstairs. This should be mentioned in information especially for older people. The shower was in the middle of the room and had absolutely no privacy. There is little storage for clothes in the room, no closet.

Loved the location and the room was nice. House keeping everyday was lovely. Not sure if it was sewage but each day a sulfur smell came up the sink drain and make the room smell.

AC was not working.

The location is perfect and close to the main street with few minutes walk. Tram station is also nearby. Staff is friendly and proactive to provide assistance. Few points could be improved: 1. Lack of sufficient storage such as toilet room, shower room and washing basin. 2. Shower room flushing could be improved as girls usually have longer hair and longer showering time.

So many stairs - but learning that’s Europe! Shower in the middle of the room threw us off a bit!

The room was so nicely decorated. The hotel is a very convenient location. Housekeeping service was excellent. Nothing much - petty things, a towel hook by sink, a toilet paper roll holder and tissue box needed in our room.

The room was lovely decor, and cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh bedding and towels. Good night sleep had :-) The staff - super friendly and helpful with recommendations best places to eat etc.

Nice location, close to most things The toilet was too small and there was not even a hanger for the toilet paper There was a small warmer for the towels, but no place to hang the towels near the sink The room was way too small even for one person despite being described as double

Well designed rooms which were clean and well appointed. Several flights of stairs to access the hotel, but the staff were really friendly and helpful and carried our bags for us. The location was excellent right in the centre of Nice. Highly recommended.

Great location, rooms were really well finished and a good size Basic things were missing, ie no bin in the toilet, no bin liner for the room bin, soaps were empty on arrival. Pillows suck! The mattress was great though

Beautiful Beautiful hotel...fresh feel with lovely room with relaxing atmosphere...clean crisp bedding...great windows to add that open space and great view to watch world pass by... Transport links are first class from airport and shops restaurants bars all within 5 minutes walking distance Took train in Monaco which was 35 minutes away and so worth that high class lifestyle check Thanks to all the staff for a relaxing and beautiful stay ??❤️ Couldn't fault anything
