The location is walking distance to Dontonbori, and the room was surprisingly spacious with plenty of room for luggage in the walk-in closet. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Provided leather slippers are nice, and the staff is extremely helpful and English-friendly. I had lost some jewelry at my previous hotel and asked the front desk to help me contact them for me. They were so amazingly efficient and, within 15 minutes, got everything sorted for me. Called the previous hotel, made sure they found my items, and asked them to ship them to my next hotel for me. Really great experience! Would stay again if I visit Osaka again. The building appears a little old and rough around the edges, but for the price, I can't complain! Very good value.

location is quite good. i travelled during the winter, cold outside, but the hotel is connected via the underground passage with shops and eateries, sooo good. i stayed in single room, surprisingly bigger than what i expected. not at all

The room we had on the 6th floor had a very very horrible smell of mildew. Possibly coming from the dirty carpets. We also noticed a lot of mold on the shower curtains, and around the sink and toilet. The room we stayed in definitely needs some deep cleaning. Very nasty!

Location and price. There are many 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants around. The noise from the streets is pretty loud. I stayed 2 nights and had heard vehicles noises and people loud talking from the street daily. Also, the layout is strange.

Location to dotonbori and several subway lines was excellent. Room was comfortable . The bathroom required a step up about 8 inches. Think its a modular unit. Was expecting more for the money.

Had my 3yr old with me and he enjoyed the dominos and 7/11 right next door. The hotel staff were very friendly and had no communication issues.

Great front office staff, good amenities and coffee downstairs, location is awesome. Bathroom is kinda small, could be slightly bigger for better comfort.

The breakfast option is a must at this hotel! It was such a good meal to start the day. Have parents that are a little picky with their seasoning but they both loved this place so I am super happy with this booking. I have nothing bad to say.

We stayed at this hotel in Osaka for three nights with our children and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself, the room, and the location were all excellent-clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious and hearty breakfasts, which gave us a great start to each day. It was also very convenient to have a good restaurant located right inside the building. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.
