Clean and friendly staff

Staff was very help, location was excellent, facilities were clean and very useful. The room carpet was not very clean - I found hair and coins on the floor.

Excellent stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kitahama. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were courteous and efficient, and check-in was smooth. The location was perfect—close to public transportation and in a quieter area, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Osaka. Honestly, nothing—we had an excellent stay and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The adjoining rooms were great. Very quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean and modern. The location was excellent, very conveniently located nearby train stations. While the provided breakfast was fine, I wish there would have been more variety to the items provided. We were there for 3 days and each day it was basically the same breakfast items.

Rooms were small but it was expected

It was in a really convenient location! Not too far away from a train station no matter which way you walk. Connivence stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I especially loved the soundproof rooms, a fridge that actually keeps things cold, and a humidifier! I love white noise when I sleep, so it’s absolutely perfect. Nothing really to complain about! The room was a little small, but it was fine for 1 person. If I had to be nitpicky, the TV is to the right of the bed so it’s a little uncomfortable to watch and lay in bed. However, they had SOO many apps on the controller. So cool! ?

Staffs are friendly and easy to approach I loved their breakfast it’s authentic.

Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, cheap price and good location

It was ok for me but what I am sharing would be helpful information for others. Since its location is close to bars and restaurants, I could hear people's loud chats and laughters after 10 pm. I had my own earplugs so it was ok. But I imagine it would be hard for people without them. My room was on the 5th floor but I could still hear the noise.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn is always my number 1 choice to stay in Japan. The staff are always super helpful. The location might not be the best, but it doesn't matter for me - Japan is always incredible in every way! ? It's just 3 minutes walking to the station, the neighborhood is quiet, and there's a convenience store just 1 minute away. Plus, my favorite coffee shop in Osaka by the riverside is only 5 minutes walking distance - perfect! -

Restaurants are a bit limited around the area

Great room, close to the subway. Beds are very comfy, staff are nice! Definitely recommend. Also the breakfast was awesome. Lot of variety and very tasty!

Great location tiny room with just enough space if you don’t have much stuff. It was way too small for us.

This was our second stay here, and we just love this hotel. You can't beat the location with easy access to Yodoyabashi and Kitahama Stations. It's close to all the action at Umeda, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori while being in a quieter area itself. The staff is great, the room is comfy - we will always stay here when in Osaka!

Very close to the train station

The vacuuming of the rooms isn’t great, I found hair and eyelash extensions on the carpet and bathroom floor when I checked in.
