The ambiance was exceptional and world class. Very easy to navigate and I enjoyed sufficient support from the staff. The facilities were unique and up to standard, I will recommend to anyone travelling to Osaka to give it a try. I would have liked booking.com to inform us about the city tax ahead of my booking instead of finding out on arrival.

Great place to stay and recommend; close to the train station and within distance of attractions. Room was spacious and cozy. Very reasonable for what was paid.

Great service and facilities - I felt so comfortable there. The showers were particularly excellent. It was near good transit, but as a tourist, it was ultimately pretty far from some of the places I wanted to visit.

Very modern and fresh hotel, nice lobby and friendly staff. Food was great . Laundry is very good quality. Metro station is nearby . All restaurants around. Taxi is always around the hotel. Few supermarkets around .

I asked for an early check-in, and this was granted. I really appreciated that. Room was of a decent size and had great blackout curtains. Coin laundry's booking system was fantastic, and the service was cheap. Location is great; nothing important is too far away. I loved the free coffee addition to my room as well.
