Opened in November 2016, The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi is an entirely nonsmoking accommodations set in Osaka, just a 3-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and a 10-minute walk from Glico Man Sign. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and laptop rentals are available upon request. Excellent location not far from Dotonbori. Very hip shopping neighborhood all along the street it’s located on. Very friendly staff and plenty of food offerings. Not much we didn’t like. A wonderful place to stay in Osaka.

I love this hotel. First, it is right next to American Village and Dotonbori and you can walk there easily. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped. They also have a free "bar" downstairs with beer and other spirits. You can also get simple free meals at odd times which helps out if you are arriving after hours. They have like noodles for example and cold beer. The breakfast was also good. For the money, I have not found a better value in Osaka and I go every year for business. I much prefer this to the APA chains because the rooms are larger and they have way more services and amenities on the ground floor. I will probably not stay anywhere else in Osaka and I even recommended to my friends in the USA that go to Japan for business and tourism. Nothing.

The sink overlapped with the shower which we thought was a bit odd and the room was very small - I know this is a thing in Japan but it felt smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed in. It wasn’t super vibey but you don’t need vibey unless you’re planning to stay in your room for extended periods of time.

The free ramen dinner was a nice surprise. They had a laundry room with a machine to exchange cash into coins which was great. I liked the room it felt cleanly.

Small room for a single person was very clean and efficient. Good location, great value, friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was in the perfect location for seeing the sights of Osaka. We felt very safe and the room was great. We had an issue in the evening in our room and the front desk manager came up and dealt with it immediately. It definitely dampened our stay, but the response and level of customer service was great.

The employees are super nice and accommodating The property itself is not awesome. Photos make it look much nicer. The beds are hard. The bidet didn’t work. The neighborhood is a little sketchy for Japan but overall it was fine.

We loved our stay at the Bridge hotel, it is so central and we walked everywhere. Staff were so nice, they were so accommodating with allowing us to forward luggage. The room was simple but spacious and comfortable and we loved the free ramen which was a lovely addition! It was very lively and energetic environment with free activities everyday and in a super busy but central part of town, surrounded by shops and restaurants and street food. The street itself is quiet so we were not bothered by noise. Beds could have been a bit softer but that is personal preference!

Loved the location, the breakfast, the little extras like the massage chairs, the free ice cream and drinks. Space in room was adequate, but much like most of Asia it tends to be on the smaller side.

So convenient to the Dotonbori and all of the local action. Evenings ramen and beer/whiskey/wine bar was a huge plus. Room was tiny and there were lots of families with kids running around.

This is a nice place to stay in Osaka. Good location, pleasant staff, clean, comfortable, breakfast is very good, has lounge with drinks available, some activities. Bed was comfortable and it’s quite there. They Helped me with luggage forward too. I would stay here again. Nothing. All was good.

Not much, I'm 6'1 so for me the tub was small.
