The location and room was decent but small I didn’t like the fact that they have an advertising at the front desk stating if you purchase breakfast vouchers and you can get a late check out. They did not give us the late check out because we bought the breakfast vouchers the previous day and it did not say that the breakfast voucher had to purchased on the same day for late check out. Which was annoying.

They didn’t have a microwave on each floor. If we needed something heated, we had to give it to the staff at the front desk. They would take it inside, heat it up, and bring it back. I was a bit unconvinced about that arrangement.

They really try to nickle and dime ya. Tried to charge us for throwing away a bag and they charge you to hold on to your luggage after check out. Not necessarily awful, but a weird practice given many other more affordable accomodations do not do this

The room is even smaller then Japanase standard. The staff was not helpful. The entrance was weird.

I liked the location and the staff was helpful I also like that you check in via kiosk so that helps with translation issues. For it being a more upscale property I was a little shocked they did not have a on site microwave for customer use. They had to take my items to the back kitchen to heat up.

Lobby was beautiful and clean. Rooms were small but the space was well utilized. There was a bug on my mattress. Very unhygienic.

The locations is a bit off you have to walk alwys 10 min to find a train station. Its more like a business area with not so many cafes. or nice places to spend time on the street. more like business hotel vibes. Expensive breakfast we coulnt effort. We wanted to leave our luggage for 1 hour after checkout they asked us for 30Euros for the lock machines.

The price was good for the value. It was a little far from the cities main attractions but it was kinda close to the train station so it’s not that bad. The room was too small for my liking.

I do not like how the staff handle my passport. They should not bring it to the back.

Loved the value and the laundry amenity! Its nice if you're not wanting to be near touristy areas, but can be pretty far from things you may want to do.
