Staff was very friendly, especially Jason and Bryan in the evenings Nothing really

Responsive and welcoming staff, not big, but clean rooms (they are cleaned daily), very good location - near to the Colosseum and other landmarks, yet situated on a quieter, more peaceful street. Option for breakfast (it's okay) and late check-in (until 23:00). Breakfast is 12 euro. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast can have more options

The hotel is basic but functional, in safe location, and less pricey than many hotels in Rome (although rate was still quite high).
-
It had great customer service and there was nothing bad in any way.
-
Location was central and accessible but a bit noisy, staff was super attentive, it was clean and very organized, only the bed wasn't comfortable.

I stayed at a few hotels in Italy, and by far this was the best of them all. The hospitality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. There are plenty of food options just steps away, which made everything super convenient. Be sure to make reservations in advance!

The room has a very nice modern look & feel. The location is not bad as it is close enough to walk to many things. Shower was also very modern and easy to use. The pillows were extremely HARD and very uncomfortable. The thermostat never actually worked. We were very cold each night even though we increased the temperature to as warm as it would go. The breakfast was very very limited. Bread, croissant, cereal and yogurt. The location being close to things was convenient however, you could hear every sound going on outside the building. You could hear people walking and talking by and hear their entire conversation. Don't even mention the vehicles passing at all hours, which is expected in a major city but there is zero noise cancelling anywhere in the building. Yup, even the trash trucks came by at about 4am and yup, you could hear every bang and sound.

Very clean No

We arrived before check in time. While all the hotels l ever stayed in, let the guests check in if there room is ready without any charge, this hotel asked for half of the price of 1 night for early check in of 2 hours!! Also, sometimes there was sewage smell in the bathroom while taking shower.

Everything was good They closed the access to still water at night
-
The receptionist was very friendly, ready always to help. The room temperature was to low, so receptionist needed manually to adjust.

The location was excellent , the staff were super helpful and kind, the room was spacious, very nicely decorated and sparkly clean. We really enjoyed our short stay here. It was absolutely beautiful and lovely. We liked everything about it.

Overall good place, not a luxury. 12 mins walk from Termini and very close to a metro station which we used extensively. Some restaurants in walking distance but not a whole lot. Front desk was nice and courteous. Breakfast was okay. Room was large and bathroom was clean. No noise after dark, so sleeping was easy. Very close to some ethnic restaurants (Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine, on Via La Marmora ) , so enjoyed that food after several days of pasta/pizza. Few unhoused people as you walk out and head to the metro station. They were harmless and we didn't feel unsafe. Very quiet after evening , less happening if you are looking for a touristy vibe.

We loved staying here! It was super clean and spacious. We had a quad room and a double. The beds were really comfy. Breakfast was delicious. They had lots of breads, cereals, drinks, made to order eggs, pancakes, jams, honeycomb etc. And the croissants were really yummy. The employees were so kind. They let us store our luggage before and after checkout. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean, excellent location, very friendly staff Would be nice to have a better breakfast
-
The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay & staff would also make eggs to order! that Nice to have the convenience so we could then leave to tour the city. At $12 Euros it was a good value. Additionally, the hotel location was perfect for walking to many sites with a market & restaurants very close by. The staff were all very responsive & accommodating on every level. We highly recommend a stay here! N/A

Highly recommend - Spacious, modern and clean, easy walk to the train station and the Colosseum, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We saw the front desk help arrange a full week of trips for a couple who had arrived in Rome with nothing planned. Breakfast was great. Great trattoria just across the street for dinner
