EXCELLENT!! EVERYTHING!

Good location, very close to the city center and most things you need. Hotel is well decorated and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a la carte and generally good. The drinks by the pool are great. The glass doors in the shower area in our bathroom were dirty when we arrived, and stayed like that the entire time. On the even worse side, the hotel sold us a private tour with a partner which was our worst experience in Colombia. We got left behind in an island and had no help. After complaining to the hotel, they blamed us for the problems and gave us a partial refund (which never arrived)

Location it's excellent. Everything it's new so all looks perfect and the staff it's super nice I would like to have restoran service at room or be able to order custom food

Be prepared for booming nightclub music until 4am. The hotel has an annoying mandatory ID bracelet they expect you to wear for the duration of your stay that is constantly scratching and irritating your wrist and if you lose it they charge 80000 COP to replace it, plus everyone on the island knows you are a tourist because you are wearing a hotel bracelet. A decent hotel but not worth the rates they charge.
