Should inform people that the desposit is $150 PER NIGHT, so if you’re not prepared to pay that price it’s extremely inconvenient, really messed up my budgeting for the entire weekend since I stayed for 3 nights. The bar was inoperable and the elevators could be updated. Staff was nice and rooms were clean I would stay for the convenience of the location again but be more prepared now knowing pricing

A very convenient location with new refreshed amenities. The staff are friendly, and in the parking space a little bit tight, but everything else is good.

This hotel was getting ripped to shreds online as I was reading the reviews coming up on my stay and now I know why. First of all, I called the front desk multiple times before my stay just to get clarifying information about their incidentals fees and the resort fee and they kept hanging up on me!!! I didn’t need to speak to the financial department just for them to confirm how I’d be charged at the front desk when I got there. I was stressed before even getting to the hotel. The only reason I didn’t cancel this reservation was because it was getting too close to my stay. Then when I got here, the lobby looks great but is half dark because their “bar” and “restaurant” are not open. Only one elevator works. I put in multiple requests with the front desk for extra hand towels and to fix the TV… no one came. Then I paid extra for late check out at three and their cleaning manager bangs on my door at 8am asking when I’m checking out…. I was upset to say the least. The hotel is not horrible but it is not up to the Wyndham standards. This location needs to be de franchised because it really does give the corporation a bad look.

The hotel was nice enough, but the carpets in the room were very stained. Everything else seemed pretty clean. Walls are a little thin, could hear the person next door talking

Convenient location and clean facility.

Staff is always super helpful here. Parking is great, security underground, rare in SF

Parking there was a bit confusing due to construction nearby, overall a peaceful stay. would definitely recommend for an easy hotel near town

Honestly this was one of the dirtiest rooms we've seen in a long time. The pictures online fool you. The lobby is updated but none of the rooms are. The bathroom door is basically a piece of wood hanging on rollers, so zero privacy. There are huge stains on the carpets and walls as well as the window shades. The plastic roll down window cover was full of holes as was the bedding. We ended up leaving the hotel early even though they wouldn't reimburse us just to get out of there.

Told the front desk- they claimed someone was coming and they never showed.

The hotel and property were well taken care of. The reason my stay wasn't what I had expected was because none of the lobby was open. I mean that the bar was closed and there was no continental breakfast was non existent. I chose this hotel because it was close to the Orpheum Theater and because it had a bar and lounge area. The bar wasn't open, even on a Saturday night, which made relaxing unavailable. The area was live and busy but the hotel was not. Kinda put a damper 9n my weekend of kicking back and having a relaxing night. Not sure if I'd stay there again unless they open the lounge area. I will say that the room and bedding was very nice and comfy. Overall the stay was nice but a little boring unless I had to venture outside the hotel.

Never again. Beds are not comfortable at all, room had a really weird smell, hidden fees up to $300 and i didn’t know about them. Good thing it was just for a night. Elevators wasn’t working never again

Worst room I’ve ever been in. Booked an accessibility room for my parents and the bathroom door was broken, floors were stained/ discolored, huge gap between the door and the floor, the only temp for the water was scalding and aside from not actually being accessible (bed was super high & so were outlets) the room was just generally gross and unrenovated. Had them moved to another room which was maybe 10% better, wasn’t accessible but had been renovated but still the water was only 1 crazy hot temperature, the floors were bleached & stained, there was a huge makeup stain on the “clean” comforter but ironically the bed was much lower and there was more room in the main room area so you could move around a wheelchair. The staff was nice and the lobby was nice but the hallways, elevators and especially rooms were disgusting. I took video as it was my mother’s birthday and she had been really looking forward to going out for once (she doesn’t usually because of the accessibility issue) and I couldn’t feel more terrible that they gave us such a terrible room. When I spoke with the manager they said we basically got bad rooms because of a convention and all the good rooms had been taken even though it’s not like the rooms were discounted, the prices were actually higher because of the convention. Disappointing.

The hotel its self is nice. Good location. The carpet in the room is really dirty.

The hotel had issues with the AC had to change rooms when i arrived because the neighbors were playing music and smoking at 2 am which made my room smell as if they were smoking in mine. The carpets are stained with every color stain you can think of and the location is not the safest that the staff recommended we uber to our location out of safety.
