This was my second visit to this property in 9 months, so I knew what to expect. It is a budget property, but the staff are very helpful and pleasant, the rooms are very clean and the facilities are limited, but really good for the price. N/A

The room at Hotel De Blasis was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is also in a great location, close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

It was a really nice stay here, we stayed a week and had a great time. Staff was super nice and helpful. The location is amazing super close to everything but far enough that’s it’s really peaceful. The kitchen is nice, and I would come back and stay here again. Oh also there is hot water! There’s only 3 toilets on property so it can get a little hard if the place is full.

It’s was a nice room to myself and breakfast was solid The WiFi was terrible and when I complained they said they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to use my shotty data

The rooms were dirty and there was long hair beneath the blanket which obviously was not cleaned or changed! There yellow towels and staff were away because of xmas! I had to sleep on a towel beneath me and towel on the below!

The staff were very friendly and open - although they tried to sell that Uber cannot take you to the airport when they can. Other than that, they are very friendly. The breakfast is nice and varied. The hotel is clean and they have a nice communal terrace where you can stay. I also liked the location - close to the metro :) There are a couple of party bars right outside the window that make a lot of noise until very late hours. It's not only weekends, I was there on Wednesday and Thursday, and I think most people would have really struggled to sleep. I would say a place to avoid unless you are a very deep sleeper.

I believe the shower could be better. Others travellers may be used to cold temperatures, but not us. So the shower water could be warmer.

Great location for bar hopping and restaurants around santiago.

just fine

Quiet family run guesthouse. Really large comfortable bed to get over the jet lag. In a great and safe area of Santiago, easy to get the metro into the centre of town from just around the corner, and plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to walk to, and home from safely at night. Friendly staff , 24 hour reception, basic breakfast included. Not a lot…

Awesome staff, always eager to help us with tips and recommendations. The place is very well located, and the hotel is beautiful. The atmosphere is calm and serene, but fairly close to nightlife as well.

The location in Providencia was close to many restaurants. It is not a hotel. More like a hostel, no drinking glasses, no kettle, or fridge etc in the room. Were told we could use the common kitchen for cooking anything (lots of signs to wash what you used). The tv in the room did not work and it was known (they finally replaced it). Not a place where you can rest and relax. They chased us a week in advance to make payment in advance and said they did not have any information ab us through Booking. com. So we arrived and had to complete forms, etc
