The staff in Gold Pearl was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were relatively old. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation at all. I attempted to put some personal stuff in the bedroom desk drawer, but was badly surprised by the amount of dirt and hairs in it... The all inclusive part: The food was tasty, yet pretty much the same every day. One evening half the restaurant was closed for a private event.. We had to wait 15 minutes to even get a table. The organisation in the restaurant was not thought through at all.

Our statement at Family Hotel Gold Pearl was more than perfect. The staff was so nice and kind, they helped us every time when we needed something. They cleand our room every day and changed our towels. The food at Imperial Palace was so good. We really enjoyed our holiday! We liked everything!

The location There was so much wrong the room was filthy and when we complained the receptionist stayed the cleaners are terrible. The facilities are shocking no pool bar or anywhere to get a drink. The staff were miserable and never around and we got stuck in lift first night and told it always does this. The mattress has caused serious back pain which I am now seeking medical advice on. Pool was filthy never was cleaned when we were there or outside area full of leaves truly shocking !!! Also air condition in room dripped constantly and we asked to be looked at and they told us to keep it off never got looked at was a nightmare

We really liked our statement at Family Hotel Gold Pearl. The staff was very kind and helpfull. They cleaned our room everyday. The location was perfect - two min away from the beach. We really liked that they have collaboration whit Imperial Palace and all of our meals were there. We paid for one hotel, but we used two and that made our holliday more enjoyable. We liked absolutly everything!

I was recently accommodated at the Gold Pearl Hotel and transferred to the Imperial Hotel, in a vacation that began with an unexpected change of accommodation. I was initially unhappy with this change, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the new room looked pretty good and was well maintained. Unfortunately, that's where the positives about my stay end. As for the food, the experience was below all expectations. I was deeply disappointed by the organization of the restaurant and the quality of the meal. Not only was the food mediocre, but I had to stand in lines to get something decent to eat, and by that I mean some fries. The food cooked on the grill was almost impossible to get without spending a lot of time in line. For example, for a portion of fries or a slice of pizza, people would stand in line, and when the food was ready, they would call their whole family to each take a portion, leaving the other tourists empty-handed and to wait again. Furthermore, the mess in the restaurant was obvious, which contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere. I was also disappointed by the behavior of the other tourists, who seemed not to follow any rules of common sense. The huge queues for drinks were another frustrating aspect, and I found it absurd that the juices were not available for tourists to take themselves. In the same way, ice cream was almost impossible to get, because it ran out very quickly or when you got it it was already melted due to the fact that there was a stand outside where an employee served you (it's the first time I've experienced something like this. Until now, I went I took my own whenever I wanted). As if all this was not enough, the rules imposed by the hotel were downright rigid - you were not allowed to take food (fruits) from the restaurant to eat elsewhere (not even a glass of coffee). At the pool, the situation was equally problematic. Every day, I found the sunbeds occupied by towels, although the respective people did not appear for hours because they were either at the restaurants, in the rooms or on the beach. Umbrellas were in short supply, leading to tensions and fights between tourists to grab one. It is incomprehensible why one umbrella was shared between several sunbeds, when on a normal beach there should have been one umbrella for two places.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Cleaning and changing towels every day. We really had a nice time.? Everything was so good. But no beer?

Once it was sensational but now it shoes that it is owned by a larger hotel rather than being family owned like it was before . They forgot to give us towels, dirty room, breakfast is at the nearby 5 stars hotel but it is simply awful with lack of variety and we had stomach issues after.

I liked absolutely nothing about that stay! To claim that Imperial Palace it is a 5 stars hotel it is an absolute crime! If this hotel is 5 stars all 3 and 4 stars hotels in Türkiye have to be upgraded immediately to 10 stars! On top of everything you will be asked to pay 25 Levs (around 13 EURO) for parking per day. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I can not upload videos here to expose in full the "beauty" of Imperial Palace! I honestly would give them 0 if I could! I have booked one bedroom suite for a weekend. On arrival I was told by the receptionist in the hotel that I am the lucky guest and asked do I know what does that mean. I said no. She than explained me that I will be upgraded to their 5 star hotel called Imperial Palace, which is just around the corner. She didn`t explained why that change has to be made. On the arrival in Imperial Palace I was met by few guys on the main entrance which attitude was more like to wrestle me than to help. Then I was taken to the hotel reception to register myself which took some explanation why am I in their hotel on first place if my reservation is for the other hotel. After some time I finally for the card for the room. As it can be seen on the photos it obviously was not a one bedroom suite, and it was just economy room. The fun part starts here. I was in C block room 106 and I can tell you if that is a 5 star hotel I am a train! The room was dirty with peanuts under the sofa. Apparently when they were doing the renovation, they either missed that room or had some bunch of cowboys doing it. Paint was over carpets, over double glazing over bathroom tiles. The bath was fitted in a way that the water can never drain fully out of it and you always have a paddle inside. To compensate that, bath curtain was fitted in some ridiculous way and all the water was going on the bathroom floor instead. Big black screws were hanging from the bath handle which obviously was not fitted properly and it is a very big chance that if you decide to hold yourself to it, you will end up on the floor. The fridge had a bigger piece of ice in it then the one that sunk Titanic, obviously nobody even bother to defrost it for at least few years. The best thing of all is that this particular room was not only on top of the hotel`s plantroom but also you had just down below 3 huge aircon units. The noise and vibrations I can not explain and they were 24 hours a day! I would not give this hotel even 3 stars!
