Perfect location for our first few nights in Tokyo, walking distance to the train station and right in amongst many restaurants. A small room as expected, but the bathroom surprised us, it was bigger than you would normally find in Tokyo. Close to so many attractions and a great value hotel. The origami station was a really nice touch.

We mistakenly arrived at another Tokyu Stay and the staff helped us call a taxi to the correct one in the middle of the night. Very friendly staff and great location.

Great location, just a few blocks from many bars, if that is why you are visiting Shinjuku. Clean, affordable, quiet; good for families (I saw several), and solo travellers. There was breakfast in the nice restaurant next door.

Very clean, great shower, Booking.com has to explicitly state that this is not the East location because Google Maps as well as a local taxi both took me to the Tokyo Stay East which is a sister hotel.

Nice and helping staff. Has washing machine in the room for free use. Hotels in Japan are small but here we couldn’t open our suitcase, and bathroom feels like bathroom in an airplane. And I think iyou should change the sheets if we are staying for 4 nights.

Our room was comfortable and not too small. It was nice to have the laundry machine. I found the room and property to be modern and clean. Very good location in Shinjuku.

The location is great if you want to be near the shopping and easy to access transport stations near Shinjuku. Compared to the other Tokyu Stay Shinjuku East, I prefer the other. This property was older and you had to go outside to access the breakfast which was hosted in an adjacent restaurant. At that restaurant the food was cold as they often kept the door open for some reason. In the winter this didn't make much sense. It was freezing.

The carpets on the fifth floor were stained. Other than that it was amazing

The size of the twin room and bathroom were both larger than I was expecting. The hotel is very close to Shinjuku Station exits and an easy walk 10 minute walk (with luggage) to the main station exit.
