Palazzetto My Venice

What I loved most about the property was its location, tucked away on a small, quiet street in Dorsoduro, far from the heavy tourist traffic. The interior design and renovation of the palazzo are absolutely beautiful, especially the sitting area on the second floor. The breakfast was impeccable, served quickly and always fresh. Max, the receptionist, was an absolute gem. He took care of all my needs and was incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only disappointment was that the room photos showed a bathtub, which was one of the reasons I booked it, but the room I received did not have one. I found the photos misleading.

I like breakfast is freshly made, but would love to have a bit more options. The room was a bit too cramped, needs to be a bit bigger so people with large suitcase can easily have space to open or leave them on the ground.

Amazing location, calm place far from the crowds. Andrea is amazing ( also desk lady I think Margarita), thank you so much for making our stay the best we could imagine. We by accident booked restaurant outside of Venice and they arranged transfer for us. Driver Domeniko was such a nice guy. The breakfast is 5 star level and amazing. Do not hesitate and book this amazing place:) We will be back! Nothing

Everything: the rooms, the decor, the location, lovely breakfast a la carte, but mostly the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to assist us in every manner with all our needs. They even offered to keep the restaurant open for dinner on Easter Sunday just for the 4 of us, which is a level of customer care that is so rare. However, we decided to let the staff rest and book instead one of recommended restaurants which they also kindly called and booked for us. By the way, the restaurant was so excellent (AquaPazza). Much appreciated was also the Murano glass factory tour by water taxi offered by the hotel, which was a highlight of our trip and even the kids enjoyed it. We loved it so much and as such we will be back in 2 days for the rest of our trip Venice.

Exceptional

Plazetto MyVenice exceeded our expectations. This boutique hotel is awesome, very good location, not far from the main attractions (15-20 minutes walk) and far from the noise, very quiet. The vaporetto is 2 minutes away and close by, shops and restaurants. We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and we loved every moment of our stay. Everything was perfect. The room was very confortable and very spacious, new, super clean (not only the room, but the whole place also) with all the facilities needed in the room. The breakfast was exceptional, served in a very beautiful room and very fresh and tasty food. A real feast and the service was impeccable. But above all, all the staff (Reception desk, restaurant, personnel,) were so nice, friendly and very helpful to any of our requests. I take this opportunity to thank all of them for making our stay so enjoyable. You feel so very welcomed. If we were to return to Venice, this hotel will be our first choice. Nothing!

Amazing rooms and facilities. Loved the breakfast, very high quality food. The staff were simply amazing, polite and willing to help. Big shoutout to Corina for helping us out with a query regarding transportation, she went above and beyond and was very kind and helpful.

Where to start…. This place is stunning, really well located, within 2 mins walk of the boat, and so so clean!!! The food is EXCEPTIONAL, we had the best food of our stay at the hotel (much better than other restaurants we tried during our stay, incl. some Michelin recommended place). I definitely recommend getting breakfast & dinner at the hotel. The staff goes above and beyond, it is so nice to stay in a place where people have so much passion and care for their job. Kudos to them! A real gem! The service & the quality of a 5 star hotel. There could be more hanging space in the room for towels.

Delicate hotel, great interior design, love the structure of my room, and all the glasses they use is so beautiful. The restaurant deserves a star, the best tomato pasta I’ve ever had, and the croissant plate they made spontaneously is sublime. We like the staffs very much, they have passion on their job, and take care everyone stay with them hospitably. Small things for improvement: 1) the switch panels for the room lights are a bit difficult to match, need to test and remember which button is for which light. would be good to have an icon on it to indicate. 2) bed is a bit too soft.

Perfect! Excellent location, very comfortable rooms with a very Venetian design and atmosphere. Very intimate small hotel but perfect for a few days in town. Breakfast is delicious, staff are very professional and courteous. The place is clean and well maintained, really nothing to say! The price is also fair. Just the light switches in the room are very confusing.. but very small detail! Also the bathroom is in the bedroom which is fine for a solo traveler or very intimate couple.
